Cloud AI-D provides a service enabling the user to generate and explore smart ways to design a building site or similar (the “Service”).
The information we collect
In order to provide the Service, Cloud AI-D will process certain information about the users of the Service, such as:
1. Information about the users, such as name, email, phone number and other relevant contact information.
3. Information about your computer: such as IP address and other information about your computer processed for system administration purposes (e.g. to calculate how many users that has accessed and used the Service).
In order to detect and delete cookies, you can change the settings in your browser. However, if you choose not to accept cookies, you may not get access to all functionality on the Service. You can find more information regarding cookies under the browser’s help function.
Purpose and legal basis for the processing
Cloud AI-D processes personal data in order to fulfil the agreement for use of the Service:
1. to enable the use of the Service, e.g. to give the user access to the Service;
Cloud AI-D process personal data in order to pursue Cloud AI-D ’s legitimate interests (provided always that the interests of the data subjects do not override such interests):
1. to improve the Service, the content of the Service and the user experience; and
2. to prevent loss or damages to Cloud AI-D or any third parties or to prevent any actions that may compromise Cloud AI-D or a third party’s property or the personal data of the other users of the Service.
Cloud AI-D process personal data if processing is necessary for compliance with a legal obligation to which Cloud AI-D is subject, e.g.:
1. continued storage due to statutory rules of storage for accounting purposes.
Users have the right to cancel the registration with the Service at any time. Upon such cancellation, all personal data will be deleted, unless statutory obligations or legitimate interests require or allow continued storage. Anonymized information, i.e. information that cannot be linked to you as a natural person, may be subject to continued storage.
In order to exercise the right to (i) obtain information about which of your personal data we process, (ii) change, update or correct the personal data, (iii) request that personal data is deleted, (iv) request information about your right to restrict processing or object to processing under certain circumstances or (v) request information about your right to data portability, i.e. your right to obtain, reuse and transfer personal data provided to Cloud AI-D to another IT environment, you can contact Cloud AI-D via the address or email address stipulated below in section 10.
Cloud AI-D will retain your personal data for as long as it is necessary to fulfil the purposes for processing as defined above, and will as a main rule delete personal data upon cancellation of the registration at the Service or at your request. Please note that legal obligations, e.g. statutory rules related to storage for accounting purposes, may make it necessary to store personal data after the registration with the Service is cancelled. Continued storage may also occur where such storage is necessary for the purposes of legitimate interests pursued by Cloud AI-D , including, but not limited to, the establishment, exercise or defense of legal claims.
Disclosure to third parties
Cloud AI-D may disclose personal data to third party vendors and hosting partners who perform services for Cloud AI-D, in order to be able to deliver the Service. These third-party vendors will only use the personal data for the purposes they were collected, and in order to perform their services towards Cloud AI-D. The relationship to such third-party vendors will be governed by a data processing agreement.
If we transfer your personal data to recipients outside the EU/EEA, we will take all necessary precautions to secure that your personal data is processed in accordance with applicable laws on personal data, including by entering into agreements securing a proper level of security and access.
Protection of personal data
Cloud AI-D takes the privacy rights of our users seriously and has taken reasonable steps to protect your privacy, including physical, technical and organizational measures, to prevent loss, alterations, theft and unauthorized access to information stored and otherwise processed in relation to the Service.

Right to lodge complaint with a supervisory authority
If you believe that Cloud AI-D ’s processing of personal data infringes relevant data protection regulations, you are entitled to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority of your habitual residence, place of work or place of the alleged infringement, or other relevant supervisory authority.
